Welcome to «1910 · Gourmet by Hausers» in the heart of the Alps in Grindelwald, where tradition meets innovation. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the alpine world and the finesse of the menu, which we create for you with passion and dedication,
in an atmosphere steeped in history.

After a refreshing welcome drink, our summer menu awaits you – entirely vegetarian for the first time, inspired by the Hungarian roots of our chef Dávid and deeply rooted in our alpine surroundings. With nettles from our hotel garden, refined combinations, and a consistent leaf-to-root approach, we celebrate the diversity of plant-based cuisine and let familiar vegetables shine in a new light.

Our seasonal organic vegetables come directly from the Riem family farm in Kirchdorf near Thun, we pick herbs in Grindelwald, and our organic mushrooms are cultivated by FungiFuturi in Steffisburg.
